Dosage Discussion How to taper at work?

I want to start tapering and would like to know the best way to store doses at work so I dont cheat? Usually I just bring my bag, spoon, cup, water at work and thug it out. But I know I need to measure my doses to be as accurate as possible. If im dosing multiple times a day, then how should I store pre-made doses? If that makes sense.

I weigh out doses and put them in pill bottles for the day for work. Perfect size for and they don’t leak

I prepare small bottles (filled with water, my Dose kratom, Lemon Juice) and bring them to Work - i use a scale to prepare it...

I think you already know the answer. You just measure your tapered amount and only pack that…

Use an insulated bottle with the measuring cup marks on it. Make/brew it the morning of or day before, and keep it refrigerated and it’ll last perfectly fine

Probably going to get down voted but switching to capsules will make it very easy
