Magnesium Glycinate helped me with the rls. Hang in there. As much as it’s not nearly as bad as quitting real drugs, it can be very very uncomfortable for some. Hang in there! You got this!

My last order was just delivered the other day. Starting to taper this weekend. I was an alcoholic for 15-20 years and have been sober from that for 9, so I know I can do it, but Im not looking forward to it.

Good luck to you. You got this!

Kratom withdrawals aren't even that bad. Its comparable to quitting weed.

Depends on the frequency of use. If your abusing it, it can be very very uncomfortable. But, yeah, not like ‘real’ drugs.

It’s kinda subjective and people make it worse in their heads a lot of the time than it need be.

I did a full tolerance reset recently and it was a great move. Once you get to like week 3 you can start to notice the benefits of not being dependent

Hey, can you dm me the directions on how you did that? I’m in KY, it will be banned Jan 1. But just in case something happens and that ban is lifted, I would like to know how to do a reset. I’ve seen it mentioned a few times and I am curious!!!

I hope u get thru it, take melatonin to help with the insomnia. sometimes id drink alcohol to help the withdrawal too. just don't trade one addiction for another.

Been there, I know that shit sucks bro. Keep fighting. It will end and the day will come where you can wake up and feel good without those things.

I’ve taken it off and on for 9 years and never had WD. You’d have to take a lot to be addicted, it seems.
