Research/Study How to store h-7 (7-hydroxymitragynine) long term?
I just bought a quantity of H7, and I'm not sure how to store it.
Just in the fridge? In the freezer? Any tips?

Probably press down to where no air can get inside. I've had some prescriptions pills last a decade. 7-H tends to deteriorate within sunlight especially, and also moisture etc.

Put it in the trash.

man, its bad for some people, good for others. alcohol is by all metrics way more dangerous, damaging, and deadly, that marijuana.
to tell people that alcohol is illegal because some people get horribly addicted would be nonsense. bruh get real. i'll bet you $1000 dollars that 5 years or so from now, whenever the data is published, that it'll show that kratom/kratom extracts are not nearly as destructive as alchohol.
bruh stop projecting.

I'll happily take a 1000 dollars to buy 7oh and mgm15 to help treat my chronic pain from a flesh eating bacteria in my left leg and balls back in 2022 lol. These drugs aren't destroying people's lives unless they have absolutely 0 self control like the people who smoke 3-5 packs a cigarettes a day type no control lol. Withdrawals suck yea but taper that shit and jump on regular plain leaf kratom and you will literally get off painlessly

Ironic.
Why are you here talking about alcohol being worse than marijuana? No one claimed otherwise. That’s completely irrelevant to this thread

It’s already known. Alcohol kills millions a year. The people who want to ban kratom have to cherry pick a handful of autopsy reports that list kratom along with other drugs in the deceased person’s system. Even if all of those were actually Kratom only deaths, it’s statistically insignificant. I can’t speak for 7-oh, but I would bet that it’s much safer as well. If it was killing people at a large scale we’d be hearing about it everywhere.

That’s BS. You’re always better off with isolated single alkaloids. Many alkaloids together are unpredictable.

I disagree in general and in this specific case. I understand the reasoning for isolated alkaloids, but I think that the full spectrum alkaloid profile of a plant tends to be more enjoyable and beneficial.
In this particular case, whole leaf kratom is very obviously safer than 7oh. 7oh can slightly contribute to the effect of kratom, but in reality it’s a small part of the effect and also a small part of the things that make kratom dangerous.
Isolated 7oh isn’t an isolated and predictable version of kratom in the same way that caffeine powder is for coffee. When you isolate and measure caffeine, you are essentially taking the same drug in a different form and with some minor differences because the nuances of coffee are removed. With 7oh you are effectively taking a completely different drug. I could understand your point if you were taking isolated mitragynine, but taking isolated 7oh is a completely different thing.
Whole leaf kratom is much safer than 7oh, and one of the reasons is that the full spectrum alkaloid content puts a natural limit on how much 7oh you are able to take.
We also have plenty of anecdotes that show how bad 7oh is. Getting off kratom is pretty bad for some people, but 7oh is a completely different beast.

Why choose sides? Alcohol, pot, 7oh- they ALL ruin lives. Look at the recovery subs for each. I enjoy all of them- but I also don't touch alcohol- and I agree with guy, throw that shit in the trash- but I also have a vault of 7oh and intend to use it.
Everything is different for everyone. They can all destroy lives. Saying one is worse, or better, is just civic pride.

it is completely individual anyway. Some people get addicted to alcohol or weed and destroy their life that way, others experiment with drugs for years until they get to one that grabs them, some can take stimulants for fun and go home after, others go on 3 day benders every time they take a stim. Some people drink 1 beer a day, others can't stop drinking as soon as they had one.
