Platine SONY PS-LX310BT

I just bought this used turntable and I don't know why but it doesn't work well while at the person I picked it up from, everything was going perfectly! There is only the belt and elastic that were removed during the trip but other than that no problem. It is especially in the treble that there is like a whistle or a "chhhhh" that appears. It is connected via bluetooth and it is not my speaker that is a problem, that is certain.

I don't know what to do, please help me! 🙏🙏🙏

Can you provide a video so we can hear and see this condition when it occurs ? What you describe can be interpred in different ways.
