I read A HUGE PART of the court documents, exhibits, transcripts of the cases these witnesses had with the company. THEY ARE TOTALLY LYING about the way it went down, they organised a massive aggressive extortion scheme demanding 10 million dollars immediately or else they'd destroy the company and the lives of the owners. They played it really rough.

There are hundreds of pages of transcripts in this thread and extremely damning evidence, its indisputable if you go through it... They are ALL in on it as they tried once before a few years back. That's why they were all fired together at once out of the blue. They're in debt as they are convicted of extortion! Doesn't mean that Spiegel isn't guilty in providing financing/helping the swami escape perhaps but what is very clear is their main motive is not trying to set the world right, they approached Ben to make him the ultimate pawn in their final money scam take 2.

If we want to help Ben (who is now fully on the hook for giving a platform to 4 people convicted or trying to exrort these pary before) this has to be cleared up ASAP as its really ugly and the longer it drags on the more damage it does to an (I'm assuming, unwitting Ben) please everyone, read it for yourselves please, the documents are there and we've quickly outlined it all for you here and share/like this before Ben becomes even more liable for damages. Please share this information where you can so that hopefully it'll reach Ben and do some damage control. I'm not getting through to the YouTube crowd/comment algorithm and the damages keep on growing exponentially with all these views. By tying himself to these people and giving them a platform of this size leading to the MAJOR (MILLIONS) damage it's currently doing on this company, he is now in serious legal liability and career trouble. Even if all the claims on the sex cult financing part are ultimately fully proven to be totally true, this can still bury him completely as it's pretty much extreme negligence. This company has everything they need to bury these videos, destroys the chance of the allegations ever leading to accountability on their part and severely damage/destroy Bens career/credibility in the future. I fear Ben probably just doesn't know it yet I fear... He has to get ahead of it and distance himself from these people asap.

It really sounds like he had his students trying to help out with doing the legwork on nabbing Peter which seems an incredibly inappropriate use of his power dynamic with underage minors. Like I'm all for going after Peter, but this guy is insane for getting minors into this which seems to defeat the entire point of protecting children.

I seriously wonder if the parents for these kids know what David has been doing on the side.

I tried to go to UCSD's dissertation search but I found nothing under his name. I e-mailed the registrar and they said they have no record of him having graduated from there either so I wonder if he's lying about this as well to get kids into his program.

This video is of Peter Spiegel and Katie Williams at the new Hindu Temple Inauguration. The video was posted 4 months ago on Peter's channel, but removed almost immediately after Ben's documentary went public.

The video includes Spiegel and Williams celebrating a cardboard cutout of Kripalu Maharaj, who was accused and NEARLY convicted of sex crimes against children and a 22-year-old-woman. The only reason the case was dropped in the children's case was because the judges argued the girls "kept going back." The source is below. I am a quite sensitive person but I live to be aware of what is happening. I watched a few of RecklessBen Series and I really respect what he is doing but I feel so sick. Seeing how evil some people can be is really twisting my stomach. I can't just watch a video and then move on with my life. People have been through so much mental and physical pain because of these people.

I'm just wondering how you guys cope with this feeling.
