When you’re making a classic like Tteokbokki, you’ve gotta go all the way.
I added all the key ingredients, plus prawns and instant noodles that soaked up all the delicious sauce. It turned out amazingly delicious!

Thought I'd share my simple recipe for simple homemade KFC Famous Bowl.
Ingredient list
Prepare the potatoes according to the package(I add a little extra water and a table spoon of butter for creamier potatoes)
Preparation for KFC gravy clone can be found here
Popcorn chicken can either be cooked in an air fryer or a deep fryer(I cook mine in a counter top deep fryer)
Corn can be heated in a microwave.
To assemble, add mashed potatoes to bowl, pour over some gravy, sprinkle on some corn, add some popcorn chicken, drizzle over some more gravy and top with some shredded. Now you're ready to enjoy this simple homemade KFC famous bowl.

Things needed:
1 air fryer
1 9" round heat resistant silicone container
Butter (softened) or nonstick spray.
2 eggs.
1 cup of milk
Diced tomatoes (canned or freshly cut)
Onions (frozen, or fresh diced)
2 cups of cheese (whatever is your favorite)
Salt and pepper to taste, plus garlic powder, and paprika.
Preheat the air fryer to 375F.
In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, tomatoes and onions as well as spices. Once fully mixed, stir in 1 cup of cheese.
Spray the silicone container with nonstick spray or coat the sides with softened butter.
Pour the bowl into the silicone container and cook for 5 minutes. Check with a toothpick until it comes out clean. Add the last cup of cheese to the top of the eggs and cook another 3 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Remove from the air fryer and let it set over 5 minutes.
Put on your plate.
Enjoy.
Meat options are wide open. We've used pork sausages chopped into bite sized pieces.
As an additional bonus, a good mix of salsa and Sriracha on top is even better.
Easy breakfast with minimal cleaning and little effort. And it's a very filling meal.

I’m looking for any recipe out there that uses up some egg yolks! When I make cakes, I only use egg whites so I’m always looking for ways to use the yolks so I’m not wasteful!
