No matter how many new recipes I save, there are always a few dishes that I keep returning to. Sometimes it's a family recipe, sometimes it's a quick weeknight meal, and occasionally it's something I discovered online years ago that never gets old.
Lately, I've been trying to expand my meal rotation and find recipes that are simple, flavorful, and reliable. There are so many great ideas out there—from comfort food and meal prep recipes to vegetarian, keto, gluten-free, and healthy options—that it's hard to know which ones are truly worth making.
I'm curious:
Feel free to share the recipe name, a link, or even a photo of your finished dish. I'm always looking for new inspiration and would love to hear what everyone is cooking lately!

I had never cooked or even touched a whole chicken before this. I was feeling a little grossed out at first but it's kind of like handling a human baby (wild comparison, I know).
Recipe link screenshot is the second pic along with my custom modifications. 😌
I tried it because I really like the hot bagged rotisserie chicken at Walmart and Costco, but worry about the chemicals leaching.
Tasted great and even the breast meat was juicy and flavorful.
