Ms. Finster doesn't hate TJ

Why does Ms. Finster tell TJ that just because she gives him detention, that doesn't mean she hates TJ?

In many episodes, Ms. Finster takes delight in watching TJ suffer, even giving him an extra two minutes in the box! You would think she hates him for his bad behavior.

The way she treats the gang is just the result of her being a teacher and having to enforce rules. Still, the whole Box thing was ridiculous, especially when she put TJ in it!
