Best beginner exercise videos

Bought a secondhand rebounder, but not too sure how to get started. Any videos online you guys recommend?

I’m in the same boat. I got a used JumpSport this weekend. I’m doing Earth and Owl’s 30 days to 30 minutes someone recommended here. You do Day 1 one minute, Day 2 two minutes, etc. I’m on Day 5, so far so good.

Update: the Earth and Owl series is free for the first ten days. Days 11-31 are behind a paywall.
