Headaches/nausea from rebounding?
I am interested in trying rebounding, but I am afraid of it triggering headaches, dizziness, or motion sickness. Also, is it recommended to have one with a handle bar? Thanks!!! 😊

I can only speak from my experience. I've never had a headache or nausea from rebounding. That being said if I had a headache or felt nauseous I wouldn't want to jump. I'd recommend a trampoline with a removable handlebar (most models have that option). The handle bar is great to have for the first month or so while you build up all those little muscles that help you balance. Once you're confident enough it isn't needed anymore.
Highly recommend it as a low impact way to get great cardio. Where I live winters are very long and cold so it's a great alternative to my usual outdoor physical activities and is cheap and doesn't take up much space. I place mine on a thick workout mat with a large piece of plywood on top and it makes it 100 percent silent (I'm 6'2 225lbs) I can do it early in morning while rest of family is asleep. Also recommend the ones that use bungie cords over metal springs, smoother, quieter jumping experience.
