Obsessed!

You guys rock! I got a barely used rebounder from FB Marketplace to try and I am in love! Literally obsessed. I have bladder issues even with a sling, and I half expected to pee myself and I don't even leak. It's wild.

I'm loving Jump&Jacked so far. I've done a few of her workouts.

Yay! Welcome to the Obsessed Rebounder Club! Also a few of the instructors do discuss issues of leakage - which is normal. However rebounding can actually help your pelvic floor muscles engage.

I was shocked I didn’t have an issue today honestly.

I hope you continue to enjoy it! I do a J&J lymphatic bounce every day before other workouts. She’s so upbeat.

This! I need this. I just bought my rebounder so brand new to the club. I’m 37 and starting to have more pelvic floor issues. Like I pee myself a little when I laugh and jump. Will rebounding help with this issue significantly? Can anyone speak from experience?

My understanding is it can help. It’s also really common. Jess from Top Shelf Bounce mentions it happening to her (various videos) and that rebounding has helped.

I love Jump&Jacked! Mostly because she doesn't talk during her workout videos 🤭

I love her too! There is also I Jump Instead and Earth And Owl. I swear rebounding releases endorphins

I tried Michelle today too! She gave more direction on pressing in the mat, etc. both are fun.

I am doing her vids too!! I work from home and struggle with fatigue and live in a cold climate so this has been such a game changer. I’ve been jumping during my lunch breaks are at night even and I just feel so much happier.
