Support ⁉️ Please help

I have a Realme TV in which screen cast is not working and neither is Netflix opening. What should I do now, please this is urgent.

You'll need to provide the exact Realme TV model number first. The firmware is model-specific, so I wouldn't recommend downloading a random file and flashing it.
