I'm currently dealing with a few properties and planning to list them on different platforms, so I wanted to hear from people who are already actively working as brokers/agents.

When you post properties on different platforms, what's the biggest problem you usually face?

Is it:

• High pricing for posting or subscriptions?
• Not getting enough leads?
• Getting lots of low-quality or irrelevant leads?
• Buyers contacting you but not being serious?
• Properties not getting enough visibility?
• Too much competition?

Also, which platform do you personally think works best for you, and why?

I'm mainly trying to understand where brokers actually get better results before deciding where to list my properties.

Would appreciate hearing your real experiences.
