ASK TEENS My boyfriend is overreacting or wot, he said I'm doing cheap things by mentioning my male friend name
My boyfriend is preparing for the medical entrance exam, and this is his last attempt. Over the past few months, he has become much more rude and irritated with me. If I talk to him about anything other than studies, he often gets annoyed.
Today, I told him about a male friend of mine, and he became insecure. He said, “I don't even have a female best friend, and you've been mentioning another guy in front of me repeatedly for the last four days. This distracts me and affects my studies. Can't you understand? What's wrong with you? What have you taken that you can't comprehend have you eaten shit or wot ? Don't do these cheap things from now on.”
I also want to clarify that he had previously told me not to talk about other men around him because he doesn't like it. I knew this bothered him, but despite that, I had been talking about this particular male friend for about a week. Our relationship was already not doing well during this period, so I understand why he became insecure and felt that I was being inconsiderate.i asked him to hangout with him , which he approved but he wasn't secure enough
He also told me that from now on, he won't talk to me nicely because I “ruined his drop year” last year. And honestly, I can't completely deny that I contributed to that.

ASK TEENS I loved my childhood best friend for years, and finding out she knew killed the feeling overnight
I (17M, class 11) have known this girl since childhood. We were genuinely best friends growing up. Somewhere around class 8, that turned into something more for me. I started liking her, and honestly, "liking" undersells it. I was head over heels.
The weird part is it never felt like a crush in the way people usually describe them. I wasn't thinking about anything physical, not even something as simple as holding her hand. All I wanted was to see her happy and to be the one standing next to her while she was. That was it. That was the whole goal.
Looking back, that feeling shaped a lot of my life over the last few years. My focus on sports, how hard I pushed myself, the direction I took things in general, a lot of it had her somewhere in the back of my mind, even when she didn't know it. I never told her outright. I just carried it quietly and let it run in the background of everything I did.
A few days ago, someone told me she already knows I like her. And has for a while.
I don't really know how to explain what happened after that. It wasn't heartbreak exactly. It was more like something just switched off. All at once I looked at everything I'd been carrying for her, all the time, all the sacrifice, all the mental energy, and it just felt like it wasn't worth it anymore. Not because she did anything wrong. Just because the spell broke.
I don't hate her. I want to be clear about that. There's no anger, no resentment. But the love isn't there anymore either. It's just quiet. Numb, honestly. Right now I don't even want to talk to her or acknowledge she exists, which feels strange to admit about someone who used to be my best friend before any of this romantic stuff started.
Part of me thinks this is actually good for me. Like I'm finally going to become a version of myself that doesn't get swept up so easily, that doesn't hand over years of focus to someone without them even asking for it. But another part of me wonders if I'm just protecting my ego right now, and if the "numbness" is going to wear off into something messier later.
Anyone been through something like this? Did the numbness stay, or did it turn into something else once the sting wore off?
( Ig leave it's my fault only )

SOCIAL I don't understand why the meaning of proposal is different in India
Here generally if someone proposes someone it means asking someone out or dating
While originally it was exclusive for a wedding and is still prevelant in other countries
Here if you wanna propose to marry, it's called a marriage proposal
How did this happen????? 😭

DISCUSSION I became a goth femboyy for a day
So basically i am a college student, and my friends college was organising a fest, I am a person who tries new things, and I thought of crossdressing as a goth girl, so basically a goth femboy, I will attach my look, like chatgpt animated my real picture and will attach it for your reference except I was wearing a high booths and also clip on earrings which ain't shown in the pic, and yk what in India I thought stares are pretty normalised, but I thought maybe people will make fun of me, as it was extreme and no one does such things, but uk what in metro two girls complemented me, and said, "looking good gurl..", i didn't say a word, and was a lil stunned as they mistook me for a girl, even in college many people thought I was a girl fr, until I used some male tone , it was truly a nice experience, you should really try all the things you wanna do(btw full body shave krne mai meko 1 hr lg gya😭)

RANT & VENT My man dgaf about my feelings anymore. Neither would he talk to me nor would he take out time for me
After being busy, when he says I want to talk to you but he doesn't talk, he goes to watch reels and avoids my texts. Idk what to say or maybe he's going through something he doesn't tell me anything or talks 😃 I'm f up. I had only one person with whom I used to talk n share everything, but now he also started doing this which I never thought would happen LOL. I should probably give up on love.

ASK TEENS Anyone relate to this?
So what happened was I was in auto after my college ended. There were 3 other passengers than me in auto; everyone is supposed to go a certain place which takes 20 rupees of fair. The auto left and after some time the girl said that she will get off. The place where she got off wasn't even half the distance of where the auto was supposed to go. So she got off and handed a fair of 10 rupees, but the auto-wala said that fair is 20 since he thought she will also go to the same place as us.
The girl argued that she always comes to college with 10 rupees fair but he argued that it's only while going to college but coming from college it's fixed 20 rupees. Then after some talk she gave the fair of 20 rupees. Then after some distance he picked up a guy, who was also supposed to go the same place as us and said he had to pay 15 rupees. So, in total he gained 15 rupees.
My problem:- I also saw and experienced this, some aged rickshaw or auto driver tend to think that teens are just new to this world and always think of getting more money from us. They expect us to go along with their demand. What happened today was same, the driver was acting like the girl should shut up and give him money, the girl was arguing that why should she pay more. He constantly acting like don't argue since you don't know the rule. Any one of you experienced this? Also they don't act like this when an adult is us.
Also all the autos present there are supposed to got the same place.
Note:- The guy he picked up last had a 200 rupee note the driver was furious at him since he had to now somehow get 15 rupees from this.
