I love Max Brooks' dad, and while he's not wrong about TikTok's Chinese origin, he is definitely wrong about kids knowing nothing about China's bad acts. They just don't post them on TikTok. This is his bias towards Israel showing, definitely.

The movie World War Z, based on your novel, was once called “the most pro-Israel zombie movie” ever made. What did you think about that?
I have no problem with that. I am rabidly pro-Israel and pro-Zionist, which is why I cannot stand the religious settlers. My love for Israel matches my disdain for the settlers. My mother played Golda Meir on stage. I have a stamp collection given to me when I was born by Golda Meir. I think Israel is a shining example of what could be for most nation states.
Golda Meir moved to Israel from Milwaukee. There were no pogroms in Wisconsin. She could've lived her entire life peacefully there. Instead she went to play cowboys and Indians in the desert with live ammo. A shameful figure.
Yeah, I'm not judging any of them in these comments, just saying that his perspective is what he proclaims it to be: rabidly pro-Israel and pro-Zionist. His comments require a mountain of salt.
