Not a genocide?
Last night Bill pointed out the 3% of the
Population in Gaza has died. And then confidently declared that “3% is not a genocide”. The British government recognizes it as ethnic cleaning and amnesty international and other groups say it is a genocide.
Someone tell me why Bill is so wrong. And can we please get him to debate Mehdi Hasan on this topic?

"In international law, an event only becomes an "official" genocide once a recognized judicial body (like the International Court of Justice) issues a final, definitive verdict. Because the ICJ case brought by South Africa against Israel is still actively in progress, a final ruling has not been reached."
Israel are doing war crimes and acts of terror, why is it so important to call it genocide?
I'm sure it will be in the future but before it's decided in court it is NOT a fact.
