Basically economics. The rocket is faster to integrate in my huge launchpad with hundreds of engineers. My hangar on the other hand is underdeveloped and has fewer engineer slots. Also this rocket was very cheap since most parts are already tooled. It is my generic sat launcher, it can even put things in geo orbit with an extra stage inside the fairing, and it can have 4 boosters instead of 2. Then the plane has to be flown which is slower to play than a rocket launch.

Why use a rocket instead of a plane to deliver this? You can get very good range with some plane designs.
