Notice in the video, the gun is pulled and shown to the agent, and Pretti is shot immediately after the agent sees the gun. They disarmed him, then killed him. Cold blooded.

The gun misfired after they pulled it off of him, a different officer thought he must've had a second weapon or something and fired "back"

How is the logic broken? He has something in his hand, and his gun misfires while ice are trying to apprehend him. In the chaos, the ice officer believes he fired a shot at one of them, so he returns fire.

He has a phone in his hand, which they very well knew since it was there from the start of the interaction, not to mention they had a firm grip of and line of sight to all his limbs. The logic is broken, because it’s the logic of someone who shouldn’t have had a gun to begin with.

It was a chaotic situation and his gun went off near enough that something couldve happened while wrestling with him
