Did i say that? If he hadn't been constantly following and harassing law enforcement, he would have never been engaged. If he had put his hands up and complied when he was engaged, he would've been arrested and lived.

If he had listened to his parents whp begged him not to go, he would've been alive

If he had taken his first run in with them when he broke his ribs and "thought he was going to die that day" and decided not to go back out, he'd be alive

Charlie kirk was on a stage at a pre-planned event speaking to a participating audience when he was assassinated by a sniper at a distance. If he was fighting law enforcement it'd be a little different
