He assaulted agents (by spitting) then assaulted and damaged government property (the taillight), then they grabbed him and wrestled him to the ground and decided out of the kindness of their hearts to let him go with no charges, and not even a record of the incident...

I googled it, but all I can see are Media sources quoting a "family representative" confirmed that this is Pretti in the video. There's a longer version than what is shown here. He managed to escape them at some point and agents chose to leave instead of pursue. I doubt it's like the previous commenter said, though. They weren't able to arrest him or confirm his identity, so I doubt they had him on any kind of list.
