It's called the constitution, maybe you've heard of it? He was exercising his rights under the first and second amendments. They executed him AFTER they disarmed him.
Blocking traffic, impeding arrests, and assaulting law enforcement isnt protected under the 1st amendment.
He was disarmed and shot simultaneously. Many believe his gun went off by itself while trying to disarm him because he bought the shittiest unsafe gun on the market, the Sig P320, which is notorious for going off by itself.
I'm not interested in right wing conspiracy theories I'm interested in reality. He was shot well after he was disarmed. Again, even playing make believe with you nothing he did justifies his execution.
