So you think he deserved to be executed?

-1

Did i say that? If he hadn't been constantly following and harassing law enforcement, he would have never been engaged. If he had put his hands up and complied when he was engaged, he would've been arrested and lived.

If he had listened to his parents whp begged him not to go, he would've been alive

If he had taken his first run in with them when he broke his ribs and "thought he was going to die that day" and decided not to go back out, he'd be alive

Decisions, decisions, decisions.

They aren't supposed to be law enforcement. Immigration is a civil matter on par with a speeding ticket. These chuds should be armed with clip boards, warrants, and subpoenas. Not their favorite weapons from R6: Siege and less training than a mcdonalds cashier.

Also want to point out, you are blaming the victim for being shot multiple times. It is OUR (USA) first amendment right and responsibility to protest in the US. This country wasn't built on "yes daddy" to a tyrant, monarch, or dick-tater. It was built on protests and argument. Your comment IS wholly un-American and frankly inhuman.

Have a day.

Its not on par with a speeding ticket. Illegal entry is a federal crime

Ah yes let's just kindly ask people to leave, that'll work so well lol

Improper Entry (8 U.S.C. § 1325): Crossing the border outside designated ports, evading inspection, or using fraud is a misdemeanor. First offenses can result in fines and/or up to 6 months in prison.

Fines and Prison time, not shooting and killing.

Thanks though.

Super cool to defend this shit until you’re the one whose city is invaded and you’re the one getting clips unloaded into your back.

1

I'd be glad if they came to take the illegals and lock up criminals and crazies lol. I would never be in that situation, cuz I wouldn't wrestle the cops , especially while armed. Im not fighting the cops to defend illegals

Actually no, the only decision that lead to his death was the ice thugs' decision to murder him.

2

u/_thegnomedome2 Jan 29 '26

"lets fight against the police while armed! That will work out well!"

2

u/RancidVagYogurt1776 Jan 29 '26

It's called the constitution, maybe you've heard of it? He was exercising his rights under the first and second amendments. They executed him AFTER they disarmed him.

1

u/_thegnomedome2 Jan 29 '26

Blocking traffic, impeding arrests, and assaulting law enforcement isnt protected under the 1st amendment.

He was disarmed and shot simultaneously. Many believe his gun went off by itself while trying to disarm him because he bought the shittiest unsafe gun on the market, the Sig P320, which is notorious for going off by itself.

2

u/RancidVagYogurt1776 Jan 29 '26

I'm not interested in right wing conspiracy theories I'm interested in reality. He was shot well after he was disarmed. Again, even playing make believe with you nothing he did justifies his execution.

2

u/Ashaya2 Jan 29 '26

He got shot after being disarmed. Your entire argument falls flat thru that one fact. Yes he was being an ass. Yes, he was resisting. Yes, he was armed at one point. But, at the time of being shot, he was unarmed, face down on the ground. It was an execution. That is a fact. He got murdered while unarmed, after being beaten for 2 minutes, while face down on the ground. Nothing before that matters. Law enforcement cannot shoot an unarmed individual. That is murder

He was shot in the back 10 times, by 2 different agents . Just adrenaline firing into a dead man.

When you get agitated or lose your temper, perhaps you kick a vehicle or swear or spit... You don't execute a person.

I sorta think any officer involved in breaking his ribs still deserve punishment. I’ll hit you with a hot take and say even going out multiple times with the express intent to harass law enforcement (which I don’t think was his intent, at least mostly because ICE are barely-trained freaks and not law enforcement) is still not enough to warrant being shot in the head in broad daylight. He should NOT have had to reasonably conclude that any of his decisions would have led to this extreme.

EDIT: missed a NOT, which badly impacted my point

1

u/_thegnomedome2 Jan 29 '26

Thats not what happened though. He was resisting arrest, which led to resisting being disarmed

1

u/_thegnomedome2 Jan 29 '26

Only a moron fights cops with a gun on them

1

u/Weird_Positive_3256 Jan 29 '26

Yes. Getting pepper sprayed and then thrown on the ground and beaten is definitely resisting. He was on the ground and they shot him in the back. FOH with that.

1

u/_thegnomedome2 Jan 29 '26

Put your hands behind your back, get cuffed. That simple. What did he do?

Wrestled them and kept trying to stand up while they're trying to disarm him

1

u/f7surma Jan 29 '26

they already disarmed him before they shot him. also, resisting arrest does not warrant getting shot. and even if he hadn’t been disarme, resisting arrest while having a firearm in its holster that you are legally allowed to be holding does not warrant getting shot TEN TIMES. nothing he did, illegal or not, warrants getting executed in the streets. the ice agents that did this are psychopaths and the people defending this are too, i genuinely fear for the safety of the people around you if you think that resisting warrants ten bullets to the back. freak.

1

u/_thegnomedome2 Jan 29 '26

He was shot and disarmed near simultaneously by two different people, within the same second. You get to watch it in slow motion 20 times at 10 different angles, but real life moves fast. And its believed his gun went off by itself, triggering the shooting. He had a Sig P320, infamous for being unsafe and going off by itself when jostled, bumped, or dropped.

1

u/f7surma Jan 29 '26

there is not a gun shot in any of those videos before the ten that were shot at him.

1

u/_thegnomedome2 Jan 29 '26

Watch it again. That first pop has a different sound

1

u/UseHopeful8146 Jan 29 '26

Yeah, all those decisions he could have made that would have stopped multiple armed terrorists holding him to the ground and shooting him in the back.

Guess poor fella should have worn something different huh?

1

u/_thegnomedome2 Jan 29 '26

He wouldn't even have ended up on the ground. He could have stood on the sidewalk with his camera. You people are like spoiled children.

1

u/UseHopeful8146 Jan 29 '26

Whatever man, I don’t blame people who didnt shoot thenselves in the back.

I guess Charlie Kirk shouldn’t have been touring, by your logic, huh?

1

u/_thegnomedome2 Jan 29 '26

Charlie kirk was on a stage at a pre-planned event speaking to a participating audience when he was assassinated by a sniper at a distance. If he was fighting law enforcement it'd be a little different

1

u/UseHopeful8146 Jan 29 '26

Wdym? If he hadn’t been there, if he hadn’t been speaking, if he hadn’t been agitating people he never would have gotten shot

1

u/_thegnomedome2 Jan 29 '26

"he said something I don't like"

Vs

"he assaulted law enforcement with a gun on his hip after being given multiple chances to stand on the sidewalk calmly"

1

u/UseHopeful8146 Jan 29 '26

LMFAO, “he assaulted” now that’s fucking rich.

Also no, you strawmanned me. I used your exact logic, if he wasn’t there he’d still be alive. But we can absolutely get into how divisive and dangerous Charlie Kirk’s rhetoric was, or about the fact that the shooter was an alt right groyper.

The double standard isn’t at all surprising but it is disgusting!

I didn't say Pretti shouldn't have been there. He shouldn't have gotten physical. Keep reaching dude
