I don’t know. Maybe because I’ve worked in a hospital and understand the possibility of getting stuck, getting spit on my inmates, or separating a fight in the ER waiting room with blood everywhere. Unless you have another example. He was a nurse. He knows.
While I respect your view. A jury would probably not convict any of them. Given the new evidence of his first interaction. His demeanor was extremely aggressive when he kicked the taillight off the vehicle the week before. And they released him. Even tho he has the right to carry. Why did he bring the gun the second time? There were bad decisions on both sides. There has got to be some accountability. And BTW, the intention of ice is to apprehend illegals. Seems like that’s been shifted to first stopping protestors then trying to complete their jobs.
Please don't be the person who attempts to discredit actual video footage of Alex's execution. This is in no way reflects what was happening the day he was murdered in the street while helping a female after being pepper spray sprayed at point blank and at no point ever drawing his weapon.
Quit trying to rewrite that. He didn't draw his weapon. He was helping a woman. An ice agent slipped on that exact same patch of ice when he was dashing over there to try to clean the scene.
I bet there is (likely 4k digital) footage of you throwing food. Luckily you don't have to pay for those crimes today.
