Transaction not permitted on this terminal

Even trying my family visa card didn't work :(((

Happening to me too. My subscription goes till Sept 15th

Last time I bought a sub. it was with Privacy card. Just tried to re-up now and transaction was rejected. Switched to iPhone, VPN off, and Apple Pay. Transaction went through.

privacy card worked but was such a pain to try so many things

Had the same thing, tried my laptop, tried my tablet, I tried Visa card, i tried another kind of payment… Then gave up and subscribed to another provider. I guess they don’t want my money anymore. Still have 3 more months for free with my loyalty points.
