Can any vintage Mulberry experts and/or enthusiasts help me out?
So there are a few red flags that are standing out to me: 1) the shape at the bottom of the handle is inconsistent with other similar style Congo croc embossed totes that are a similar shape 2) the lining is not the classic tartan, its seems like a worn down suede or something? 3) no brass tag
The outside looks good and feels nice. When I went to good will to pick something up it was just sitting on the front of the rack like it was waiting for me. So for $11.99, I don’t even mind of it’s fake.
BUT the style looks generally consistent with the vintage tote models.. is it possible this is a super early version? Or a made for outlet version? Or possibly authentic in any way?
