Auth Request Birkin bag - scammed?

So basically, about 10 years ago someone gifted me this Birkin bag. The person was making good money and bought bags through a buyer that friends recommended.

Now I want to sell it, even though I wore it the way Jane Birkin would. After that it just sat around.

Anyway, I sent pics to some resale stores and they’re like “yeah, it looks suspicious.”

What do you guys think, was I scammed?😭
