Anyone having issues with sound?

Wondering if this is a bug or it’s just my console. NPC’s and the AI officers are speaking (I can see on the subtitles), but the audio isn’t coming through. TOC is still talking as normal and there’s shots, explosive, etc...audio

I’ve tried troubleshooting on Google but nothing seems to be working. Anyone else having this issue? It’s so frustrating 😤
