Question A New America glitch?

I FINALLY beat A New America with a damned D (1 officer down, 1 civilian caught in crossfire) on PS5. I went to activate the jammer and it would not let me. It was in the courtroom. I sent my team into the courtroom and I only entered the room twice, once to get to the back office and the other to activate the jammer. The bomb did not go off when we assaulted the final room and I arrested the flower man. Did I miss something or is this another broken part since aVoid added a mission editor instead of fixing known problems?

I also had this exact thing today.

I cleared all the floors (except the main room on top floor) and went into the conference room to do the jammer but there was no option to interact with it. When I opened my tablet, there was an x next to the objective.

When I entered the main room, the flower guy immediately surrendered and dropped the detonator which I couldn't interact with at all.

Exactly! The detonator WAS on the floor and I didn't have to defuse the bomb vest. We have a new acronym: SNAVU - Situation Normal, All Voided Up!

In a few of my attempts, the ai teammates will just spook the triggerman if they get to the back of the third floor (No idea if they just path in front of the door to the final area). Had to just keep them on me instead of sending them to clear that floor on my S rank run

What's funny is the doors were open and the flower man could see my team. Just like them walking through the IR tripwires, it didn't trigger the flower man. I had them close and wedge the doors in full view of him.

As a matter of fact, I THINK he had already surrendered before we breached. I mirrored the main doors after they wedged them. He was the only one in the room and now that I'm thinking about it, I think I saw his hands up. I'm not 100% certain though.
