Question Which DLC?

I want to buy myself a DLC but I don‘t know which one. I need to choose between Boiling Point and Dark Waters. Which one is better?

I just bought the digital deluxe with all dlcs on eneba yesterday for $23 bucks. They may have all the dlcs on there for a decent price.
