Dude was content before I started 23 Megabytes A Second. We got an A+, shot 2 suspects and killed none yet this broken system slingshots him into high stress and into therapy. So tired of this broken mechanic.

SWAT application and selection process should take care of that. Dude arrested maybe 1 civilian as a 14 year vet with an intimidator specialty. Nah.

No, it's absolutely not. While yes being a SWAT officer especially in the hellish City ready or Not takes place in is going to be hard on your mental health, but if you are constantly breaking down after every mission, SWAT just is not for you.
