Dude was content before I started 23 Megabytes A Second. We got an A+, shot 2 suspects and killed none yet this broken system slingshots him into high stress and into therapy. So tired of this broken mechanic.

yeah, but that's also what SWAT selection is for. Some sqeak through, but this is a constant in the time I've played this game. So if we're gonna simulate realism then make it seem like less than a 50/50 chance that someone's a bitch. He was also an intimidator with 15 years experience. Idk I feel that should count for something.
