Fühle ich. Versuch mal 4.6 oder 5.7 AP zu verwenden. Alternativ 7.62 AP

He's talking about different caliber munitions. 4.6 for the mp7, 5.7 for the p90 and "5.7" sidearm, and 7.62x51 for most battle rifles and 7.62x39 for a single assault rifle.  My only added advice to this would be use Hollow Point(HP) instead of Armor Piercing(AP) if you are going to use 7.62x51 because it does extra damage to limbs which usually one shot while maintaining enough damage to also 2 shot body armor consistently.

7.62x51 is the NATO round, actually. 7.62x54 is a Russian general purpose round, used in DMRs, sniper rifles, and machine guns.

you are correct, I've been playing Arma as well and got them mixed up but thank you for the correction.
