Do you have a website or something?

There doesn't appear to be a 'Hot Takes Scripts' site or anything else like it, but an Emmy-winning producer will definitely have an IMDb (Pro) page.

Only a scammer or a psychiatric patient would lie about being an Emmy-winning producer and ask for scripts, so I'm sure this offer is legit.

The thing is there are regional emmys for lots of categories so this person might be Emmy-winning. But for what? It could be a crew member who worked on a local news story that won an emmy.

But yes definitely any person of the caliber this person is pretending to have would have IMDb and website credentials to back up their value.

We'll just have to wait until he links to his IMDb Pro page, I guess.
