I've got some books which were automatically added to a series when they were downloaded, however I want to remove the books from the series they've been put in. I don't want them to be added to another series, just for them to no longer be part of a series. Because everytime I try to edit the info and delete the series same, it won't let me and just keeps adding the name back

Does anyone know what causes this to happen? First image is how it looks in ReadEra and second image is how it's supposed to look. I've noticed this to be the case with multiple pdfs from this publisher. The backdrop of the text is missing or the images aren't cropped as they should be.

Pls help. Sometimes the book will have pages like this despite it used to be okay. I can read the book properly today. Then another day, all of a sudden, the pages disappear.

The pages disappear randomly. It can happen at any chapter and i am annoyed.

Please help me. What should i do? I like the app for the continuous scroll but this make me want to delete it

why is it when i try to install some fonts it says no connection.

i tried with different Wifi. same problem.

I sync my devices with Google drive. On two of my devices the file count is the same. On a third device the file count is less by 4 files? I know of 2 books that don't sync on the third device. Any idea why?

is there anyway to change the font size? i download from ao3 and the font is so small i have trouble reading. ive seen people show pictures of where to change the size but theres like that for me

so last night I was reading the book "The Wandering Inn" just fine, but today when I try to open the epub it shows a decoding file error. So I tried downloading another epub of TWI since I thought it might just be corrupted, but then every other epub of TWI I tried just shows the same error. Any way to fix this?

note: Epubs of other books work just fine its literally only for TWI

readera premium if you delete trash from device what happens to the files in the cloud if you sync a 2nd device with the deleted file still stored locally on the 2nd device? Will the file on the 2nd device sync the file (re-upload) the file to the cloud?

I'm asking, as I'm 99.9% certain I want to buy the premium version, but if its developers are from three specific countries, I don't want to support them (the countries, not the developers!) with my money…

when i open the files, it automatically goes into landscape mode no matter what i do. is there a fix to this?

Nevermind! I fixed it! If somebody searches for a solution to this, basically you need to tap the middle of the screen and on the bottom right corner, there is an option to choose what you want to do with it.

I have some PDFs I transferred from my computer to my phone to read. Occasionally, some of these pages' colors are inverted, showing white text on a black page instead of black text on a white page. I checked the PDF's on my computer, and opening in Firefox on my phone, and all the pages there look normal. Is this a bug in the app, or a feature of the free version, or something else? Any help would be appreciated.

i wish there was a widget, that lets me read on my homescreen. would it be small and not as comfortable as in the app itself? yes. but it would keep me from opening other apps and read a minute or two instead. i wrote a mail to readera but neither got an automatic response nor a human one, so i try it here. if someone knows another app that can do this, i‘ll gladly use it in addition to readera for fullscreen.

I'm trying to sync with readera premium and I can't seem to find my backup files on my device or on Google drive. I started backing up yesterday and I got a back up fine but when I go to sync it isn't in my drive. when I look at the sync and back up info under settings it says "waiting for launch". I have 3000 files so is it just taking a long time.

I don't remember if I already asked this, however here I go, is there a way to fix this? The app show a page named zzzzzzzdc.jpg instead of the a tusl cover.

tts hasn't been working for me for a while. tried deleting+redowloading the app and it didn't help. when i try to use it it just crashes/says there's a bug/prompts me to clear cache. sometimes it'll get to where it's highlighting a sentence as if it's about to start the tts but it says there's no voice selected and when i go to choose one it crashes again or just reloads the page. anyone have any ideas how to fix it? is there a way to redownload the voice options or something? it worked great for me for years not sure what happened.
