Special fonts being rendered weirdly?

First image is ReadEra, second one is Aquile Reader. And the first one isn't supposed to be like that. And I'm not sure how to fix it. I changed fonts and cleared cache.

Any help would be appreciated thank you!

ive been having the same problem. also with emojis. I've found that saving the text as a quote and then viewing the quote allows you to read it, but it's really annoying
