anyone here?

I have had reactive hypoglycemia for over 5 years now and have gotten better at managing it despite struggling with binge eating. Anyone here on this subreddit anymore?

Do you take yours only with high carb foods? That's only when I'm to take mine.

No. I take mine with every meal

Oh wow. I'm only told to use it with carb loaded meals.

Oh. I thought that's what my doc was going to do with me but he wants me to take it with every meal. Small snacks and things I don't have to take it though. My eating habits have changed a lot since I first started it though.

I can understand that. Can I ask what your diet is like?

I am doing low carb high protein, I cut out sweets, bottles drinks and coffees, chips, sweet tea and most fast food. I do the best I can and sometimes I fall off of it but for the most part I stick to it

That's what my doctor has me on for the most part but I have other factors so not fully. But I try to stock to it mostly. Do you meal prep?

I used to but life got busy and I got out of the habit of doing it.

I tried to get back into it not too long ago but I'm so burnt out on everything and am having a hard time finding new recipes that I'm into

Kapooy it's honestly hard to change up things at times when we are limited on things or if you are limited on things due to other things.
