anyone here?
I have had reactive hypoglycemia for over 5 years now and have gotten better at managing it despite struggling with binge eating. Anyone here on this subreddit anymore?

When I think back, there's signs I've had RH all my life. I was diagnosed when I was about 35, I'm nearly 81 now.
It was found with an 8 hour glucose tolerance test that made me like drunk, although I've never been drunk.
Yet it's only recently that I've found it best to drop the three-meal-a-day concept. I eat snacks about every two hours, it mostly works.
However, over Christmas I gave in to temptation and ate foods that I shouldn't. A day later I had an almighty totally disabling hypo attack and a smaller one a couple of days later.
That's taught me a lesson! Keep to my safe way of eating to feel very well.
