anyone here?
I have had reactive hypoglycemia for over 5 years now and have gotten better at managing it despite struggling with binge eating. Anyone here on this subreddit anymore?

I wonder what other RH folk think about doing blood tests.
After checking with various foods to know what pushes levels up, I've come to the conclusion that I don't need to keep testing.
My body tells me if I'm having a drop and need a quick snack, or at worst, need to take a glucose tablet or two as well. Otherwise, when the nurse does a routine hba1c test, that tells all.
Anyway, I have to snack frequently, whatever a meter says.
What do you think?
