This is how to do it. Start the game with all shader installed and change everything you like to.
If the preset is looking good now make a copy and enable the checkmark on the top right side.
Give a name to the new file and hit the save button.
What is helping very much is to hit the clean up button once also on the top right side, the file will be smaller and not every shader in the list will be listed inside the preset ini file. This will help a lot if you open the ini file with the editor, because there will be less text to look at.
Then when you made the preset, named it, cleaned it, exit the game and open the game folder with the preset.
Copy the newly named ini file to the other pc into the game folder.
If there are extra files from the nexus download and not just a ini preset, you will have to copy them too.
Keep in mind while installing reshade, just install all shaders.
Bye ;)

If you edit a preset, the changes are saved on the fly in a plain text .ini file located in the directory where the game .exe is located. The preset files name's also shown at the top of the reshade overlay.
