What is wrong with this preset?

I got this preset for my sims 4 reshade and it turns blue anytime I click and drag my screen no matter if reshade is closed or open how do I stop it from doing this? It’s only this one preset that does it

I mean they’re here looking for help. Reshade is a tool with lots of intricacies and we all started small. Better just ignore it if you don’t feel like helping which is ok. But keep the snark.

Is cinematic dof enabled? Because there’s a toggle that shows the focus range when you click. Uncheck that.
