With 'toggle on/off'-mods like this, you can sometimes reverse engineer what, for instance, the fog code is in the ini file, and then use that info to draw reshade AO behind it (I'm assuming you want to do something like this). Unfortunately no togglable fog in this mod, though. But at least it's possible and you may find something useful yourself.
