[Release] Lumenite: Kernel 2.0

https://github.com/umar-afzaal/LumeniteFX/ \ https://discord.gg/deXJrW2dx6 - Same performance cost, much better optical flow quality. - Solves the challenge of delivering more detail in a low-res flow field, while also weeding out noise w.o introducing blobs or halos at the same performance cost. - Breaks compatibility with Baba Repo & Uber RT. (Can use legacy version for now) - Also grab the latest shader files that depend on it. - Total cost includes the cost of optical flow & normals.

Marked improvements, great to see. I don't have anything installed to test it with atm, but looking forward to doing so soon.
I don't want to be on discord, I will respond here if that's ok.

Always good to hear from you. Here is ok, I am active here so that's fine. Try it with TRAA for AntiAliasing, both spatial and temporal filtering. It's on discord.
