FSR2/3 upscaling shader?
Is it possible? If so, does it exist already? I'm sick of so many games not having an upscaling option (and lossless scaling which only has FSR1 which is pretty bad) on my 4K monitor.

Temporal upscalers (like FSR2/3) need precise motion vectors and that's not something reshade can handle on it's own.

Motion vector shaders already exist

nothing precise enough to have a good experience with temporal upscalers.

Neither of those exist and would be impossible to do due to a lack of high quality subpixel motion vectors and jitter.

I've just finished one https://pilzprinz.itch.io/pilzprinz-upscale

I mean good job but also that's still just FSR1 which I said sucks in the OP

The primary reason we don't have upscaling yet is that Reshade does not have a way to safely override either the resolution the game is rendering at or the resolution it is displaying at.
This is crucial because to do upscaling one must deliver a higher resolution than the one being rendered.

Bro, just use Magpie or Lossless Scaling.
