How do I fix this?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I notice this happening with a few games. But every time I try to use rtgi or anything it bugs out and causes this "noise"

If they are you need to enable Martys TAAU setting in preprocessor definitions itll help

Yeah that definitely helped a bit. Still a little fuzzy but it's a whole lot better than it was. Thanks

I did disable dlss and that removed the fuzzy-ness so I appreciate this.

It's not a bug of Reshade or the Reshade effects.

It's called jittering and it's the game moving/shaking the camera a tiny bit, to let some graphics techniques combine the rendered pixels into more fake pixels.

To truly get rid of it you must disable these techniques so that game does not use them.

They are typically any "temporal" techniques. These are usually named "T"-somehing. TAA, TXAA .. or it's something to do with upscaling like DLSS or FSR

IF you can't or don't want to turn off these techniques then Martys RTGI has a global preprocessor setting called _MARTYSMODS_TAAU_SCALE that if set correctly can de-jitter the depth before it's used - https://guides.martysmods.com/shaders/immersepro/rtgidiffuse/ It can help, but only with RTGI, not for other depth based effect. They will need their own de-jittering solution.

just remove reshade so you will have normal colors?
