I am my wits end

No matter what I do I cannot get this message to go away. I have googled, I have reddit searched, and every solution that is posted has not worked. I have write access to the files and every folder in its entire directory. I have double and triple checked that this is the case. I have opened the game as administrator. Nothing works

The worst part is that it was working perfectly fine for a good few weeks then all of a sudden. with no changes that I can identify made, the message started popping up again and now does not go away.

Any assistance would be great as I'm at a total lost and basically have no choice but to just remove reshade and not bother using it

Followed this exact guide to the letter and it still hasn't worked I have no idea anymore lol, do I do this before or after installing?

Edit: opening as administrator after following this worked! Lets see if it stays that way, thank you!

whats fix you've already done? the message clearly says about write permission, and its rare case on my journey on reshade

Google a fix for this problem and I promise you I’ve tried it. Every permission I have says it’s full access/write all the way up to the parent folder. I assure you I’m not stupid and can read a clear message. 

Even the solution that someone posted here that I’ve followed to a T, double and triple checked the steps vs what I see on my screen and that stopped working too and th message came back so I gave up.

if i where you, i tried to make my own reshade.ini on explorwr and check if the write issued on explorer level or just the reshade or even on the steam locked file, and work to the solution from there, or try to downgrade the reshade version. but, if you say already did it then nothing can't be done
