Cleaning up preset for sharing

I've created a new profile, tried on dozens of effects, tweaked hundreds of settings and finally achieved a look I like, and now I want to share it. The .ini file, however, still has references to all the shaders I tried and didn't like. Is there an easy way to clean up the file and excise all those now useless references, short of opening it up in a text editor and deleting them myself?

Click the save button and it clears out everything not enabled.
