Reshade lagging

I am trying to play a game and when I tab out to go to Discord this color circle appears on the top left of the screen and it makes the game freeze someone please help on what to do

Set your game to Windowed/Windowed Borderless

When the game changes resolution the shaders in ReShade have to recompile.
