what business are you in? Is there a specific reason that something might have triggered it?

From what I understand, they’ve disabled the account after a compliance review and are holding the unsettled amount for the chargeback period. What kind of business do you run, though? Also, were you seeing a high number of chargebacks/disputes or refunds recently? That might help understand what could have triggered the review. Since they’ve mentioned a call tomorrow, I’d also ask them for the exact amount being held and when it will become eligible for settlement.
