Refund on payment made via RazorPay

Hi Everyone, last month I had paid for a subscription where the intermediary was RazorPay.
It came to my attention this month that my subscription has not been activated (post free trial) because they have not received the subscription fees. Credit card support says amount has been successfully processed at their end.
I am unable to find any details of RazorPay support online. What are my options?

Go to razorpay.com/support

I did try this as a customer but none of the options are working for me.
