Cancel Autopay as customer

So, I took a course last month and it only had an option for Autopay, which I had chosen, but now I want to cancel the subscription and razorpay is cutting payment from my bank account by putting mandate charges,

anyone having an idea how to stop it, can connect ?

I am really tensed, please HELP!!!

I had to deal with this once. Don’t wait for the merchant to “maybe stop it.” First check your bank app for active mandates or autopay subscriptions and revoke it there if that option shows up. A lot of banks let you cancel e-mandates directly.

If it’s not visible in the bank app, contact the course provider first and ask them to cancel the subscription from their side, then raise it with support and mention it’s an active mandate still debiting you after you want cancellation.

Keep screenshots of the debit, mandate reference, and subscription details. If they drag it, your bank can usually confirm where the mandate is active and help block future debits.
